Meet the Promoworx Team: Natasha (Nat) MacKenzie

Nat is a born and raised canadian; she does say ‘eh’ and ‘sorry’ about 45,000 times a day, but does not have a mountie hat or own a pet moose. She has been in marketing for the last 10 years, and has been a Graphic Designer for the last 3 years, but with Promoworx only for the last 2 months. (And yes, she really does have purple hair)

Do you have any nicknames?
Nat is the most common, it’s usually what I prefer to go by. Other than that I’ve had everything from NatMack, to Mackenzie, to ‘token’ Canadian.

Serif or Sans Serif?
It depends on my mood, like whether to get dressed up in a tulle skirted dress to go out? Or to grab a t-shirt and jeans and head to the movies.

If you had to use only one word to describe you, what would it be?
Random

What is something you are interested in, that one might not guess about you?
I guess the most surprising has always been comic books, I am such a Marvel/DC geek. Oh and sidenote? Batman IS better than Superman, in case there were any arguements.

What/who inspires you?
John Lennon, I’ve idolized him since I was kid. He made such a huge success of himself despite the odds.. He never doubted himself or his talent, despite what everyone else said along the way.

What’s the scariest thing you’ve ever done?
Moving to London from Canada by myself. It was the scariest and hardest thing I ever had to do leaving behind my home, and my family. And you may not guess it, but the language barrier can be confusing sometimes :s

What celebrity do you get mistaken for?
Alison Hannigan from How I Met Your Mother. All the time, especially when I was a red head.

Have questions? Think Superman is better than the Batman, the greatest super hero of all time? Pop in anytime to have a chat with Nat in person.
